was with Statrote that Ralph realised the need for a company who could do repairs and
modifications to any make of switchgear as on many occasions he was asked by his customers
where he thought they should send their switchgear. The main reason was that the
manufacturers of the many types of gear were not interested in doing repairs and their
deliveries were very extended.Over the last 20 years RALENT has built up a very good relationship with customers in the paper, iron and steel, coal and gold sectors. Today, the company has a skilled and workshop and administration team who ensures that the customer's requirements are fully complied with. This experience together with our facilities enables us to provide a quality repaired product in the quickest possible down time.
The directors of RALENT have recognised the necessity to implement and maintain a quality management system and to develop it in conjunction with other management functions to change overall profitability of the company and service excellence.
